Return & Refund Policy
At BuildInk™ 3D Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original parts and accessories
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns may receive a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by financial institution and payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help expedite the resolution process.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many BuildInk™ products are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured on demand using 3D printing technology.
Unless damaged, defective, or incorrect, custom-made, personalized, modified, or special-order items are generally not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once a custom item has entered production, cancellation requests may not be possible.
