Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unused, undamaged, and with all included parts or accessories.

Free return shipping is offered for eligible returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Custom-made, personalized, modified, or special-order 3D printed items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
