Installation Steps

Installation is simple and only takes a few minutes. Always test fit carefully before final seating.

Access the headlight area

Open the hood and inspect the headlight opening before installation.

Check rear access if needed

Depending on your setup, inspect the rear access area of the headlight housing.

Prepare the intake ring

Inspect the ring before installation. Optional: use a 60mm x 1.5mm O-ring for a tighter fit.

Insert the main ring

Insert the intake ring from the front side of the headlight opening and push until seated.

Install the grille insert

Choose your grille style and press it into place until fully locked in.

Final fit check

Confirm flush fitment and repeat on the opposite side if needed.
